  • Booking of personal driver service for Airport pickup & Drop-off (avg cost +/- $35~$40usd ** one way**).
  • Additional condo cleaning ($25usd/per cleaning)

 CONDITIONS: Copy of passport required at time of booking. Payment: 50% deposit at time of reservation, 50% balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A cash damage deposit will be required to be paid upon arrival, refundable on departure ($usd amount dependent on length of stay). Non smoking unit (please contact us in regards to the designated smoking areas) Our guests need to carry security badges to keep the Ocean One residence perfectly secured. Ocean One is a private residence and not a hotel. Most condos are occupied by their owners or long term guests. It is a very quiet, enjoyable and secure place to stay. Please help us to maintain this environment by respecting the conviviality rules. (as listed in your welcome package.) Check-in time at your condo is not before 3.00pm and check out by 11.00am on the morning of your departure. Please inquire if an earlier check in and later check out with us is necessary.
